The scientific seminar Modern Religions: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints will take place on October 26, 2013 at the 6th International Forum The Space of Humanitarian Communication.
Seminar is organized and carried out by: Youth Association for the Study of Religions, Department of Culturology (National Pedagogical Dragomanov University) under the aegis of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Seminar aims at establishing fruitful dialogue between scholars of religions and representatives of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
The representatives of the Youth Association for the Study of Religions, educators from the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, scholars of religion from Moscow plan to participate in the Seminar work.

All-Ukrainian Congress for Teachers of Morally and Spiritually Oriented Subjects will take place
On October 18-19, 2013 during the 6th International Forum «The Space of Communication in Humanities», the All-Ukrainian Congress for Teachers of Morally and Spiritually Oriented Subjects will take place.
The Congress is organized by the Ministry of Sciences and Education, Youth and Sports of Ukraine together with, the Religion Research Center of the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, the Institute of Pedagogy of National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, the Public Council in Questions of Cooperation with Churches and Religious Institutions under Ministry of Science and Education of Ukraine.
The aim of the congress: to share the experience, theoretical and practical achievements in teaching and regulating sphere of financial, methodological, law aspects of teaching morally and spiritually oriented subjects in Ukrainian education system.
The representatives of the following organizations will take part in the seminar: the representatives of Ministry of Sciences and Education, of Ukrainian National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, of National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, of Public Council in Questions of Cooperation with Churches and Religious Institutions under Ministry of Education of Education, of higher education institutions, as well as the representatives of churches and religious organizations, the heads and representatives of public councils for teachers of morally and spiritually oriented subjects.
Those involved in the process of researching the subjects of moral and spiritual direction in general educational institutions of Ukraine and those who carry out the training of teachers in these subjects are welcome as the participants

Establishing and formation of the national theological education and science
On 24-25 October, 2013 during the 6th International Forum «The Space of Humanitarian Communication» the All-ukrainian conference with international participation «Establishing and formation of the national theological education and science (to 1025 anniversaty of christianization of Kievan Rus' will take place)».
The conference is organized by the Department of Cultural Studies of the Institute of Philosophical Education and Science of the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University.
The aim of the conference: to discuss the history of establishing and forming of the national theological education and science.
Faculty, researchers, and graduate students in Religious Studies, Theology, History, Education are invited to apply to participate in the Conference.

To whom it may concern: we invite you for the public lecture-discussion "Vladimir Sterligov's Space: Between the Icon and Avant-garde". This meeting is the part of the series "Coffee with the Director", series of meetings, that are conducted for years in the cafe of the Institute of Religious Sciences in Kiev (ul.Yakira, 13). Each month in an informal atmosphere we talk about different topics: religious journalism, icons, pilgrimage, Protestantism, the apostles, etc. For every meeting we invite as the chief guest the experts in the field, which is chosen for discussion.
