On 18-22 October, 2012 during the 5th International Forum «The Space of Humanitarian Communication» the First International Musician and Poetic festival «One Little Candle» will take place.
The Festival is organized by the Ukrainian Association of Culturology Scholars, The Union of Writers of Ukraine, the Department of Culturology of the National Pedagogical University by M.P. Dragomanov, Kiev Bard School by Dmitry Dolgov, Alternative Youth Moving «The Wind of Poetry».
The aims and tasks of Festival:
Approbation of the Intercultural Project «The Dialogical Ukraine: many languages – one culture».
The strength of the dialogue of cultures as a formula of unity and variety of literature senses, interaction of Ukrainian and Russian language traditions of poetry and author song in Ukraine.
The realization of Principle of Active Tolerance in the conditions of Ukrainian-Russian dualism in our country.
The formation of cross-cultural identity of Ukrainian citizen in the conditions of language, cultural and art pluralism.
Attempt to find a third alternative in the oppositions «academism - postmodern», «tradition - innovation», «elite art- pop art», «old - young» in the styles and generations of national art.
The search for new young authors, helping to communication of beginning authors with the recognized word masters, the establishment of contacts between the creative collectives and separate authors.
The providing of round tables, devoting to problems of: «Policultural environment of national literature: Conflict. Indifference. Tolerance», «The artist in science and the scientist in art: the ways of self-clarification».
Autograph-session and creative meetings with the well-known Ukrainian and Russian language writers of Ukraine: Vitaly Kovalchuck (Kharkov), Ihor Pototsky (Odessa), Yevgenia Baranova (Yalta), Yevgenia Bilchenko (Kiev), Ihor Pavluk (Lviv).
