Конференция посвящена научному осмыслению танатологической проблематики в различных дискурсивных практиках. В рамках конференции планируется обсуждение вопросов, связанных с методологическими основаниями философской и культурно-исторической танатологии. Предполагается обсуждение современных культурологических репрезентаций темы смерти в искусстве, городском тексте, сакральных ритуалах и в повседневных практиках, медицине.
Конференция состоится 16-17 ноября 2012 г. на базе Российского государственного педагогического университета имени А.И. Герцена.
